Warranty Information - Cobb's Body Shop, LLC.

At Cobb's Body Shop, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality collision repair and professional workmanship. The following warranty explains the coverage provided for repairs performed by our shop.

Each Insurance Company may have a "Quality Parts Replacement" Warranty or other similar warranty if they write your estimate with only NON-OEM parts. (most insurance companies will not pay for OEM parts ulnless your vehicle is within 2 model years old or less; Unless you specifically have an OEM parts addendum in your policy.

if you are using your insurance to cover the repairs, and you do NOT have an OEM addendum, the only way to have OEM parts used in your repair, is if you let us know in advance, and are willing to pay the difference between the OEM parts and the non-oem parts.  This can sometimes equate to a significant difference in total cost.  Ask us to help you find the difference in cost if OEM parts are important to you.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT COBB'S BODY SHOP, LLC. IS NOT A DIRECT REPAIRER FOR ANY INSURANCE COMPANY, AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONTRAC TUAL OBLIGATIONS TO ANY INSURANCE COMPANY.  THE ONLY AGREEMENTS THAT WE HAVE ARE WITH
YOU, THE CUSTOMER.

Yes, the warranty doesn’t cover damage from accidents after the repair, neglect, or modifications not done by us.
