According to State Law, you have the right to choose the repair facility, you DO NOT have to go to a specific repair facility that the insurance company prefers.
You are responsible for the cost of your repair bill. Any money not paid by your insurance company is the responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for reviewing your insurance coverage and self-advocating to your insurance company regarding your rights.
Insurance companies are not in the business of spending money, they are in the business of saving money and cutting costs, they will try to avoid paying anything they think they can get away with. Be Pro-Active; Bring up any differences in the insurance provided estimate and the estimate you receive from the Repair Facility.

Cobb's Body Shop, LLC is not contractually bound by any insurance company's labor rates, procedures, or estimating guidelines.

Insurance payments are based on the insurer's determination, not the actual cost of repair.

Cobb's Body Shop, LLC charges posted labor rates which may exceed insurance-approved rates.

Insurance payments represent a partial payment only.
